Opening in July 2024 at the bustling, Adina Apartment Hotel, King Street Wharf, St Marks Road Co. and a seating capacity of up to 100 guests, our newest café will be located right in the heart of Darling Harbour – think stunning views and a constant buzz of activity.

Just as no orchestra is complete without a conductor and no soccer team can win without their goalie, kitchen brigades would be lost without their Kitchen Attendant. Which brings us to you… 

You’re the real MVP. What would our chefs cook with or our guests dine with if you don’t keep things in order? 

As a superstar Kitchen Hand (part-time), cleanliness and hygiene are your number one priorities. You’d read Food Safety procedures as a bedtime story if you could. 

When it comes to fast pace, you’re Usain Bolt. But that doesn’t mean you skimp on the detail – there’s no plate left unturned on your watch and you don’t just scratch the surfaces, you make them shine.  

Intuition is your sixth sense – you don’t just know what needs to be done, you do it, no questions asked and if there was an award for most reliable – it’d have your name on it. 

You truly believe that teamwork makes the dream work and you revel in being a team player. 

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in hospitality, aged care, or similar as a kitchen hand
• Reliable, enthusiastic, punctual, and willing to work.
• Knowledge of WH&S guidelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends.
• Hold a current food handlers’ certificate/food safety certificate.
• Full working rights for Australia
