Located at Adina Hotel right in the heart of Darling Harbour – think stunning views and a constant buzz of activity. Hailed as ‘the place to be’ at the bustling King Street Wharf, and seating up to 100 guests, discover a new world of good food and a neighbourhood feel.

As Chefs, you will redefine what it means to feel ‘chilled’ at the hotel’s new dining haunt St Marks Road Co. opening September 2024.

About you….  

• Chef de Partie – minimum 12 months as a Demi or Chef de Partie in a hotel or café.
• Australian recognised commercial cookery certification or trade qualifications
• Experience working with a food safety system such as HACCP
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• A team player who places higher priority on team goals than on their own goals
• Positive attitude and able to work in a team environment
• Well-presented and punctual
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster (open for breakfast and lunch)
• Full working and living rights in Australia
