We are looking for an energetic and driven Store Manager for our Manukau store.

As we continue to grow across Australia and NZ, we’re looking for career driven leaders and brand ambassadors who are looking to take their next step with a brand that emphasises people, personal development, and success. 

As a Store Manager, you will collaborate with your direct report through regular sales analysis, management of the customer experience and the overall development for your team – all leading to the growth and team succession!

To be successful you will have:

-          A demonstrated history in retail/customer service management

-          A strategic mindset with problem-solving skills and collaborative attitude

-          A strong understanding of KPI management and how to drive them

-          A passion for people, their development and growth

-          Strong operational experience regarding inventory management and Visual Merchandising standards
