With a growing digital presence, we are committed to enhancing our  online platforms to better serve their members and stakeholders. Consequently,we seek a skilled Digital Project Manager to lead a comprehensive website redesign program that will elevate the organisation's digital experience.

As the Senior Digital/IT Project Manager, you will lead and co-manage the discovery, design and implementation of a website redesign program. This role is integral to this organisation's transformation journey, ensuring that technology deliverables align with digital goals and broader business strategy. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business owners, technical teams and external vendors, to drive successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include

• Lead the management of the website redesign program, focusing on development and digital delivery.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic advice to ensure alignment with digital goals and technology strategies.
• Develop and manage the technology project plan in collaboration with the Technology team.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure technical deliverables meet quality, cost, and time expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and project implications.
• Support the Senior Project Manager, Program Director, and other teams in resolving delivery issues.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project tracking, reporting, and successful project delivery.

The successful candidate will offer:

• Demonstrated experience in delivering complex digital projects/programs in a cross-functional environment.
• Proven experience managing a mix of vendor and internal technology resources including Sitecore
• Expertise in delivering digital product concepts in a transformative technical landscape.
• Proficiency in managing Agile Delivery within a Waterfall Governance model.
• Strong ability to build trust and strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Experience managing project teams across multiple locations, including remote resources.
• Excellent skills in MS Office tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively to resolve complex issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
