Two venues Caloundra RSL Club and Caloundra Power Boat Club are looking for experienced and passionate Chefs / Cooks to join our workforce and deliver outstanding customer service.

Caloundra Power Boat Club is located in Golden Beach and features great restaurants and large function rooms, all with spectacular views overlooking the beautiful Pumicestone Passage!

Who we are looking for

We are looking for committed and highly motivated individuals to join our dedicated team of hospitality professionals at the Caloundra RSL and Caloundra Powerboat Club. The right candidate for the role will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer support. You will have a positive, can-do approach and a willingness to contribute to our vibrant, incredible team.

Chef / Cook ensures the provision of high-quality meals and service to Club patrons in the most timely and effective manner possible.

Pre-requisites:

• Diploma of Commercial cookery or relevant Trade certificate
• 1 years experience as a Chef or 2 years experience as Cook within Hospitality Industry
• Previous experience working in a fast paced kitchen
• Previous experience catering for functions and events
• Knowledge of all aspects of kitchen operations including the preparations, fryers, grill, pans and function service.
• Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & Public Holidays).
