We’re looking for an experienced, proactive, tenacious recruitment professional who is creative in sourcing techniques & passionate about providing quality recruitment services to our business partners and candidates alike. We are a leading not for profit Aged Care Provider experiencing substantial growth.  As part of our centralised recruitment team, you will support our Home and Community Business Partners primarily located throughout Metro Sydney. Your ability to manage your region effectively will aid your success.  As part of the broader HR team, you will be joining an established, fun, proactive and diligent team of professionals, where you will play a critical role in supporting the business in meeting its people resourcing needs. 

Within this role you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing a mix of recruitment functions from sourcing, screening, interviewing to coordination of interviews
  • Liaising with candidates & providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Managing recruitment campaigns where required
  • Writing and posting ads to attract quality talent & qualifying best fit
  • Optimizing recruitment related software & developing pipelines
  • Utilising social media tools for recruitment & EVP promotion
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to provide guidance & coaching in recruitment process

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

  • Demonstrated end to end / 360 recruitment experience 
  • Recruitment experience in Aged Care, Healthcare or Community Care - preferred but not essential
  • Tech savvy and an interest in optimizing recruitment software tools
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills & stakeholder management
  • Ability to creatively source candidates, build talent pools & pipelines
  • Advanced consultation, negotiation & influencing skills.
  • Natural networking skills and ability
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence & vehicle preferred for site visits
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check
