Housekeeping Coordinator - St Catherine's Bathurst

• Permanent Part-time - Mon to Fri (37.5hrs per week)
• Pay rate – $34.77 per hour + superannuation

About the Role:

Reporting to the Residential Manager and with a team of indirect housekeeping reports, this role will be responsible for:

• Coordinating, monitoring and providing a range of hospitality services, including laundry and cleaning, to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
• Acting as a "buddy" to new members of the hospitality team to assist them become familiar with the home and requirements of the role.
• Conducting regular inspections to assess the cleanliness  and safety of the home and address any issues promptly.

To be successful in this role you’ll need

• Tertiary qualifications (TAFE/Diploma) in Hospitality Management, Aged Care Management, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service roles, preferably in an aged care setting.
• Knowledge of hospitality best practices in aged care.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
