Global eCommerce Trade Specialist

About the role

Based at our Brisbane Head Office, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Global eCommerce Trade Specialist to join the eCommerce Team at Lorna Jane.

As the Global eCommerce Trade Specialist, you will be responsible for driving dynamic sales growth by meticulously analysing sales performance, uncovering trends, and harnessing advanced analytics to seize strategic opportunities. Your mission is to revolutionize our global online business by enhancing customer experiences and delivering unparalleled sales results through innovative strategies

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
• Collaborating closely with the Marketing Team to ensure the brand message, core initiatives and overall look and feel of our online brand is aligned.
• Supporting Head of eCommerce with leading eCommerce team.
• Optimizing data-driven insights by increasing conversion rates and revenue targets.
• Analysing customer shopping behaviour and trends to maximise customer experience and satisfaction.
• Actioning competitor research to understand opportunities or gaps within our internal online strategies.
• Working with the Strategy team to create and execute online promotions and campaigns.
• Monitoring and reporting on key ecommerce metrics, such as conversion rates and revenue, using Google analytics and dashboards.
• Working closely with production team on strategies to optimise online product assortments during key trading periods.
• Stay up to date on industry trends ant best practices to identify new opportunities for growth

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ecommerce or digital marketing qualifications
• Strong Google Analytics and Shopify experience high desirable.
• Knowledge of ecommerce, digital marketing, and search advertising practices
• Understanding of ecommerce metrics and ability to analyse reportable data to drive actionable changes to maximise sales, conversion rate and average order value
• A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement with an ability to build rapport quickly
