More About You

• With a minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role you will enrich the development of extraordinary weddings, special events and creative conferencing for your clients.
• You understand and enjoy working flexible hours, predominantly Tuesday to Saturday, and are ready for any late notice site visits by potential clients or other special events that need your expertise.
• You have a proactive approach to client-focussed service with an infectious energy, smile and never break a sweat.
• You can see your client’s vision and combined with your passion for the Rendezvous Hotel Scarborough as a destination venue mean you can expand on that vision ten-fold!
• Your knowledge of Food & Beverage operations/products are the tools to transform ordinary things into the extraordinary while your ability to interpret budgets helps you setting goals and drive revenue or even exceeding it.
• Listening is at the very core of your unique skill set enabling strong communication, both verbal and written.  To you it is  more about creating relationships based on awesome sales skills   
• More than multitasking, you know there is the need of being effective with extraordinary time management skills.
• Clear and concise quotations and reporting are vital, so you will have strong MS Office suite skills as well as  knowledge of Protel and/or Ivvy and Adobe Design suite.
