TFE Hotels is Australia’s international hotel company. We develop and nurture talent and go out of our way to foster team spirit. We are currently searching for an experienced Sales Manager, to join our national sales team based at our Head Office in Ultimo.

 

About the role….

 

As the Sales Manager, you have relationship-building down to a fine art! You’re a people person and others gravitate towards you. You are commercial and savvy, you know who’s who in your market segments, (large corporate companies and TMC’S), which helps to foster relationships and engage with the right stakeholders.

 

Developing preferred agreements, delivering results and achieving targets is all in a day’s work, courtesy of your unrivalled customer service prowess.  You’re a natural when it comes to motivating, inspiring, and leading your team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Manage existing business with large corporate clients and TMC’s.
  • Present to hotel owners, General Managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Work with the client base to develop new business opportunities through sales calls, presentations, virtual updates, and site inspections to increase sales.
  • Drive revenue through strategic planning and the execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts and reports to support the needs of the business.

 

About you….

  • Previous experience working with large corporate clients and Travel Management Companies in a hotel sales environment.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Previous experience using MS Office Suite and Salesforce (or similar)
  • High-level attention to detail.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong and confident presentation skills
  • Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
