Performance Marketing Executive (Maternity Leave Cover)

Life at TFE Hotels is swimming with possibility and to support our expanding portfolio, we’re on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Executive to make a splash across our hotel brands. Note that this is a maternity leave cover position for a minimum period of 12 months.

If you’re a lover of all things digital, have a reputation for “getting things done” and have a can-do attitude, then look no further.

You’ll be responsible for the building, optimising and analysis of paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, TripAdvisor and Affiliate channels, with a core goal of driving revenue across our hotels.

You’ll work with hotel leaders to curate and execute digital campaigns for our restaurants, event spaces and wedding venues to drive leads, covers and revenue.

Plus, you’ll manage gift voucher campaigns to maximise sales.

You are a highly analytical individual with strong organisational skills and have a knack for process and structure. Pivot tables are your bread and butter, and a good dashboard excites you. You have strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook and TikTok AdsManager, and Microsoft Excel.

You’re a people person and know that the key to success is engaging with stakeholders – whether internal or external you’ve got just the right touch to keep them both happy and engaged in all your campaigns.
