Sales - Estimator

The Role:

We have a permanent position based at Tomago for a Senior Estimator to join our Vehicles team. This is a unique opportunity where you will:

• Be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the preparation of cost estimates required
• Be involved in tender kick off, progress reviews and handover
• Assist with contract negotiation and issue resoltion

To be considered for this role you will:

• Proven ability to provide innovative, practical and cost effective solutions for manufacture
• Strong experience with Australian and International standards
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor and CAD (preferred but not essential)
• Thrive on solving problems and creating innovative solutions
• Enjoy a fast pace where thinking on your feet and managing multiple projects energises you
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills
• Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products – in particular outlook, word and excel
• Previous practical experience within emergency vehicles, fabrication or construction related industry will be highly regarded
