As Sous Chef with Adina you become our gourmet advocate and are responsible for the culinary experiences of our guests. If it is á la carte or event catering – you develop recipes and menus that are synnonymous with the Adina style and garantuee a lasting impression. You serve your team as mentor and role model and help the gourmet department of your hotel forward.
