Are you a guest understander with a heart and at the same time carry the sales gene in you?

You know the room categories, prices and services of the hotels by heart and always keep an eye on the rest of the industry?

You feel at home in your field of work, but are always hungry for more and want to develop yourself?

Then choose your path with Adina and become our new Reservation Agent. You skilfully keep an eye on the daily routine in the reservation and actively work on the achievement of our goals. You will ensure that incoming phone calls and emails are answered quickly, politely and efficiently. The correct entry of all information into our PMS "Protel" is a matter of course for you. The up-to-dateness of our website and all booking platforms is also in your hands. In addition, you will check all arrivals on a daily basis, ensure that individual guest wishes are fulfilled with the front office teams of the hotels, and give insider tips for an all-round successful stay. 

If you have your hotel management school degree or another hospitality relevant degree in your pocket and your experience account in the reservation or reception area is filled with at least two to three years of experience, we look forward to getting to know you!
