In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of hotels, playing a key role in developing and refining hotel budgets and forecasts. Your primary objective will be to optimize hotel performance while ensuring timely and accurate financial and management reports. Serving as a sparring partner to our general managers and hotel teams, you will provide valuable insights on revenue growth, cost optimization, and strategic investments. Additionally, you will support initiatives to drive digital transformation and streamline processes within the finance department, serving as the primary point of contact for finance-related inquiries from hotel employees”

 

Your Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance
  • Strong hands-on mentality, a positive mindset, and a proactive work approach
  • Excellent communication skills and expertise in stakeholder management
  • Fluent in German and English, additional languages is advantageous
