ABOUT YOU...

• previous Hotel F&B Experience, is a plus. Several years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with previous supervisory or management experience.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems (Oracle is a plus) and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of Bar operations with strong exposure to cocktail making and wine.
• Knowledge in Restaurant Operations and basics of Banqueting
• Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
