In your position, you know all processes, including production, service, cleanliness and hygiene by heart. You master a consistently fast and efficient service in the kitchen with ease and the production and presentation of the food are your prime discipline. Not only in your work in the mise-en-place, but in everything you do, you convince with your empathetic nature and disciplined way of working.}

^{Your tasks and responsibilities:}

• ^{Close cooperation and support of all Food & Beverage sectors.}
• ^{Role model function through "hands-on" and thus promotion of team involvement, initiative and focus on continuous improvement.}
• ^{Ensure a cohesive, consistent approach to optimal productivity, profitability and excellent service standards.}
• ^{Support in the leadership of team members as a positive role model. Instruction, training and further development of all members of the kitchen team.}
• ^{Of course, we assume that HACCP, general order and organization are the basis of your actions.}
